Sessions are a minimum of 2 hours (in person) or 1 hour online tuition/mentoring.

Sessions can be arranged for up to 18 hours per week and can be on days/times to fit with the child and parent/carers needs and availability.

We can deliver during and outside of school time, term time and during the holidays.

We can work alongside other Alternative Provision providers to ensure that the learners receive the best support possible.

Details of provision service

We deliver flexible, high-quality 1:1 education packages for children and young people aged 4–25 with SEND and SEMH needs who require alternative, supplementary, or personalised provision. Designed for learners unable to access mainstream settings due to special educational needs, health conditions, or social vulnerability, our trauma-informed approach helps pupils re-engage with learning, build confidence, and successfully transition back into full-time education or appropriate settings.

With 32 years of experience within the education sector, we combine robust academic intervention with specialist, holistic care.

Comprehensive support packages

  • Academic and tuition: Subject-specific 1:1 or small group tuition (online or in-person with QTS tutors) covering EYFS–Year 13 and post-16, interim provision, EOTAS, exam preparation, and bespoke learning plans aligned to EHCP outcomes.
  • Specialist intervention and pastoral support: Mentoring, learning support assistants (LSAs), mental health support, counselling, enrichment, and reintegration packages. Tutors are carefully matched to student needs and supported by internal SEND specialists.
  • Multi-Agency collaboration: Seamless joint working alongside local authority teams, social care, and CAMHS to ensure holistic progress.

Areas of need (SEND Code of Practice)

We support learners on SEND Support and those with EHCPs across all four statutory areas:

  • Social, emotional and mental health (SEMH): Emotionally based school avoidance (EBSA), anxiety, and crisis intervention.
  • Communication and interaction: Autism and speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN).
  • Cognition and learning: Specific, moderate, and severe learning difficulties.
  • Sensory and physical needs.

Who we support

Partnering with 145+ local authorities (including Virtual Schools, SENDART, 16+, and youth offending), we deliver targeted support for young people who are:

  • Permanently excluded or at risk of exclusion.
  • Missing education or facing persistent absence.
  • Care-experienced, placed out-of-county, or awaiting an EHCNA, placement, or school move.

Local authority partnership

Every package includes a dedicated account manager, regular progress reviews, transparent reporting on attendance and engagement, and streamlined invoicing.

Accreditations

We can offer functional skills exams at Level 1 and 2 in English and maths.

In addition, we can offer tutoring for all Primary, Secondary and A Level subject areas, however we are not a GCSE/A Level registered exam centre.

Programmes offered and cost

Flexible packages: Personalised and bespoke support ranging from 2 to 18 hours per week, tailored to individual learner needs and aligned with EHCP outcomes.

Academic and re-engagement tuition: Subject-specific 1:1 tuition (online or in-person with tutors) covering EYFS–Year 13 and post-16, interim provision, EOTAS, exam preparation, and re-integration packages.

Specialist mentoring and personal development: Dedicated re-engagement, life skills, employability, and wellbeing mentors, alongside LSA support to help vulnerable learners build resilience, self-reliance, and career readiness.

Exam centre access: Direct access to online assessments for entry level 3, level 1, and level 2 functional skills through our partner exam provider.

ESOL support: Targeted language and re-engagement packages specifically for unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC) and young people new to the country.

Pastoral and multi-agency collaboration: Tutors and mentors work alongside internal SEND specialists, social care, CAMHS, and local authority teams to deliver coordinated care.
