We offer bespoke programmes. We can offer a minimum of two hours of provision per subject
and a maximum of 18 hours of provision, per week.

We can deliver during and outside of school time, term time and during the holidays. 

Details of provision service

Targeted Provision offers relationship-led education packages for children and young people with SEMH and other SEND needs, helping them to engage with learning and transition into a full time education setting.  Each package is built around the young person's own desired outcomes and set out in an individual learning plan. The young person is matched to a qualified teacher experienced both in the needs they present with and in trauma-informed practice. Many of our tutors have spent their careers with the most vulnerable learners, across mainstream and specialist settings, and are used to working alongside other agencies including social care and CAMHS. Tutors are supported by our internal team of SEND Support Specialists, who provide ongoing coaching and supervision to tutors and liaise closely with the team around the child to ensure the young person's needs are being met and they are making progress whilst in our provision.

We support young people across all four areas of need set out in the SEND Code of Practice:

• Communication and interaction - including autistic young people and those with speech, language and communication needs
• Cognition and learning - including specific learning difficulties such as dyslexia, and moderate to severe learning difficulties
• Social, emotional and mental health -  including anxiety, emotionally based school avoidance, and young people whose needs have escalated to crisis
• Sensory and physical needs

Most young people we work with present across more than one area. We work with young people on SEN Support and with an EHCP, and with those who are:

• Permanently excluded or at risk of exclusion
• Out of school through severe or persistent absence
• Awaiting an EHCNA, a named placement or a school move
• Care-experienced or placed out of county
• Missing education

Accreditations

We are a registered exam centre for Functional Skills. We can provide young people who receive tuition with us with access to Entry Level 3 and Level 1 and 2 qualifications for Maths and English.
