Woolhope Parish Council submitted their draft Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 14 June 2023.

The consultation ran from 19 June to 1 August 2023.

Regulation 16 plan stage

Woolhope Parish Council submitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 5 February 2025.

The consultation ran from 13 February to 27 March 2025.

Regulation 16 plan re submission stage

Woolhope Parish Council resubmitted their Neighbourhood Development Plan to Herefordshire Council on 10 March 2026.

Woolhope Parish Council have re-submitted their Regulation 16 Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) to Herefordshire Council for consultation.

Once adopted, this NDP will become a Statutory Planning Document and will form part of the Statutory Development Plan for Herefordshire alongside the Core Strategy.

The consultation runs from 12 March 2026 to 23 April 2026.

Please note that we are unable to accept anonymous comments. If you are a local resident your name will be removed from your response when it is published on our website.

Next steps

Following the six-week consultation period, all comments received will be sent to an Independent Examiner who will examine the plan. If you wish to be notified of the local planning authority’s decision under Regulation 19 in relation to the Neighbourhood Development Plan, please indicate this on your representation.
